Mag 7 Pit Support
 for the SCORE Baja 1000
Nov 20-23, 2008

1. The race location is Ensenada Mexico. It is a loop race.
2. We will be running pits every 55 miles for a total of 15 pits.
3. We will be using Sonoco as our fuel supplier with 2 octane choices, 100 and 110.
4. Drop-off for racer spares is Nov 20th,  2008 8:00am -10:00pm.  Mark all spares with your race number and the pit number you want the spare at. The pit crews leave for the pits shortly after this, so please drop off early.
5. Drop-off location is in Ensenada, BC next to the Sunoco fuel truck located on the water front across from the Convention center in Ensenada. 
6. Applications must be in and paid for by November 10th, 2008 or if accepted after that, subject to a $50 late fee. 
7. Please note, we are generally not able to bring fuel back to the USA from the pits. 
8. Fuel Price Note:  Because of the volatility of fuel prices, Mag7 has estimated prices on the application.  If our cost rises substantially before the race, we must pass the cost change on.  Prices should be firm by late October>  But to help our race planning, please send in your applications in as soon as possible.
